Terms of Service
Last updated 16 October 2026. The terms that apply when you buy or use a KROOZ TV subscription, including payments, screens, availability and the 7-day refund policy.
1. Agreement
By ordering or using KROOZ TV (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
KROOZ TV provides access to live channels and on-demand content over the internet. You need a compatible device, a third-party player app and a stable internet connection. We do not supply hardware or player apps.
3. Your line and screens
Your login is personal. It may be used on as many screens at the same time as your plan allows. Sharing it beyond that limit, or reselling access without a reseller account, can lead to suspension without refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass connection limits or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
5. Payment and renewal
Plans are paid in advance for the term you choose. Nothing renews automatically: when the term ends, access ends unless you buy a new term. Prices are listed on our pricing page and confirmed before payment.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, issues at the source of a channel, third-party outages or events beyond our control may affect individual channels or the service.
7. Refunds
If, within 7 days of purchase, a technical fault our support team cannot resolve prevents you from using the service, you can request a refund of that payment. Refunds do not cover problems caused by your own internet connection or device, a change of mind once the service is working, or accounts suspended for breaching these terms.
8. Third-party content and trademarks
Channel names, logos and programme content belong to their respective owners. Player apps are made by independent developers who are not affiliated with us.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
