Only what we need to provide the service: the contact details you give us (such as your WhatsApp number or email), your order and line details, and limited technical data needed to deliver and support the service.
2. How we use it
To create and manage your subscription, provide support, take payment and send service messages. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the service — for example messaging, live chat and payment providers — and where the law requires it.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to processing. Email support@krooztviptv.us to make a request.
6. Cookies and third-party tools
This website uses only what it needs to work. If you open the live chat, the chat provider sets its own cookies to keep your conversation. You can clear or block cookies in your browser.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own login private.

If you believe material available through the service infringes your copyright, email support@krooztviptv.us with details of the work, the material concerned, your contact details and a statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith. We review every notice we receive.
