Is there a Krooz TV app?
KROOZ TV works through standard IPTV players rather than its own branded app. After you subscribe you receive a line — a username, password and server URL (plus an M3U link) — and you sign in to a player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters on Android and Firestick, an App Store player on iPhone and Apple TV, or a TV-store player on Samsung and LG. The result is the same channels, guide and library on every device, and you can switch players at any time without losing your subscription.

Is there a Krooz TV APK to download?
There is no official Krooz TV APK, and you do not need one. On Android devices, install your player from Google Play. On a Firestick, install the free Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore and use it to fetch the player from its developer’s official website.
Do the players cost anything?
Many are free. Some charge a small one-time or yearly fee to their developer for premium features or TV activation — TiviMate Premium and several Smart TV players work this way. That fee goes to the app developer, not to KROOZ TV, and it is optional on most devices because a free alternative exists.
Where do I find my login for the app?
Your username, password and server URL arrive on WhatsApp and by email right after activation. Lost them? Message support from the number you ordered with and we will resend them. Never share your line in public groups — it is limited to the number of screens on your plan.
The app shows a black screen or will not load
